SKI AREA SAFETY ACT OF 1962 (EXCERPT) Act 199 of 1962 408.324 Ski area safety board; appointment and terms of members; vacancies. Sec.
4.Members of the board shall be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate for terms of 4 years and until their successors are appointed and qualified. Vacancies in the board shall be filled for the unexpired term.
