STATE FOOD STAMP DISTRIBUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 387 of 1984 400.767 Distribution areas to which act applicable. Sec.
17.This act applies to all distribution areas in which the state uses an on-line computer system for verifying and transmitting information about recipients. This act does not apply to any area in this state in which food coupons are mailed to recipients.
