STATE FOOD STAMP DISTRIBUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 387 of 1984 400.762 Relocation of distribution site; cost. Sec.
12.The family independence agency may require a distributor to relocate its distribution site to another location within a distribution area, but the family independence agency shall pay the cost of the relocation.
