STATE FOOD STAMP DISTRIBUTION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 387 of 1984 400.756 Standards and criteria for awarding contracts. Sec.
6.The department of management and budget shall develop standards and criteria for awarding contracts. The standards and criteria shall be consistent with this act and the food stamp program.
