ADULT FOSTER CARE FACILITY LICENSING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 218 of 1979 400.722a Denying, suspending, revoking, modifying, or refusing to renew license; grounds; without written notice; 30-day appeal. Sec. 22a. The department may immediately suspend, revoke, modify, or refuse to renew a license or deny an application for a license without providing written notice of the grounds for the proposed action or giving the licensee or applicant 30 days to appeal if the licensee or applicant agrees in writing to do all of the following:
