ADULT FOSTER CARE FACILITY LICENSING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 218 of 1979 400.718 Special license; rules. Sec. 18. (1) A special license may be issued for the duration of the operation of an adult foster care facility if the applicant is a short-term operation. (2) The department may promulgate rules regulating the issuance and duration of special licenses.
