THE MEDICAID FALSE CLAIM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 72 of 1977 400.613 Revocation of license of residential health care facility; petition for appointment of receiver; order; appointment, compensation, and powers and duties of receiver. Sec. 13.

(1)As a means of protecting the health, safety, and welfare of patients in a residential health care facility, including hospitals, nursing homes, and other institutions reimbursed for resident or patient care by the medical assistance program established by Act No. 280 of the Public Acts of 1939, as amended, if the license of a residential health care facility is revoked for violation of this act, the attorney general may file a petition with the circuit court for the county of Ingham or the circuit court in the county in which the residential health care
