OLDER MICHIGANIANS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 180 of 1981 400.593 Transfer of equipment, records, and supplies to commission and office. Sec.
13.The equipment, records, and supplies of the commission and office which are repealed pursuant to section 14 are transferred to the commission and office created by sections 3 and 5, respectively.
