CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOLICITATIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 169 of 1975 400.293b Authority of prosecuting attorney to prosecute person subject to act. Sec. 23b. The prosecuting attorney for a county may prosecute a person subject to this act in the same manner as the attorney general. A county prosecuting attorney shall notify the attorney general when he or she begins a prosecution under this section and provide the attorney general with a copy of the final judgment in that action.
