CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOLICITATIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 169 of 1975 400.286 Noncompliance; imposition of conditions. Sec.
16.The attorney general may impose conditions on the registration of a charitable organization that fails to comply with this act or rules promulgated under this act.
