CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND SOLICITATIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 169 of 1975 400.278 Documents; books and records; inspection. Sec.
8.Documents required to be filed with the attorney general shall be open to public inspection. Persons subject to this act shall maintain accurate and detailed books and records at the office of the resident agent or the principal office which shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the attorney general or his authorized representative.
