DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE (EXCERPT) Act 389 of 1978 400.1510 Agreements for receipt of funds. Sec.
10.The department may enter into agreements with the federal government or private foundations, trusts, or other legal entities for the receipt of funds consistent with this act.
