JUVENILE BOOT CAMP ACT (EXCERPT) Act 263 of 1996 400.1309 Conditional effective date. Sec. 9. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 88th Legislature are enacted into law:
(a)Senate Bill No. 681.
(b)Senate Bill No. 696.
