JUVENILE BOOT CAMP ACT (EXCERPT) Act 263 of 1996 400.1307 Completion of course training; certification; failure to complete program. Sec. 7.

(1)At any time during a juvenile's stay in a juvenile boot camp, but not less than 5 days before the juvenile's expected date of release, the department shall certify to the court that entered the order of disposition and, if applicable, the county juvenile agency whether the juvenile has satisfactorily completed the course of training at the juvenile boot camp.
(2)A juvenile who fails to perform satisfactorily at the juvenile boot camp program shall be reported to the court that entered the order of disposition for alternative disposition.
