ADULT FOSTER CARE FACILITY LICENSING ACT (EXCERPT) Act 218 of 1979 400.730 Injunction. Sec. 30. The attorney general, on behalf of the department, may seek an injunction against an adult foster care facility in either of the following cases: (a) The facility is being operated without a license in violation of section 13. (b) A licensee violates this act or a rule promulgated under this act and the violation may result in serious harm to the residents under care.
