ACTIVITIES OR SERVICES FOR OLDER PERSONS (EXCERPT) Act 39 of 1976 400.573 Appropriations; authorization; purposes. Sec.
3.A local unit of government may appropriate funds to public or private nonprofit corporations or organizations for the purposes of planning, coordinating, evaluating, and providing services to older persons.
