LEGISLATIVE IMMUNITY (EXCERPT) Act 27 of 1984 4.551 Liability of legislator in civil action. Sec.

1.A member of the legislature of this state shall not be liable in a civil action for any act done by him or her pursuant to his or her duty as a legislator.
