STATE HIGHER EDUCATION FACILITIES COMMISSION (EXCERPT) Act 233 of 1964 390.947 State higher education facilities commission; gifts. Sec.

7.The commission may receive gifts, grants, bequests, devises, moneys or properties, real, personal or mixed, to carry out the purposes of this act.
