HIGHER EDUCATION FACILITIES AUTHORITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 295 of 1969 390.932 Trustee; appointment; powers and duties. Sec. 12.

(1)If the authority defaults in the payment of principal of or interest on any issue of bonds after the same shall become due, whether at maturity or upon call for redemption, and such default continues for a period of 30 days, or if the authority fails or refuses to comply with the provisions of this act, or defaults in any agreement made with the holders of any issue of bonds, the holders of 25% in aggregate principal amount of the bonds of such issue then outstanding, by instrument or instruments filed in the office of the clerk of the county of Ingham and approved or acknowledged in the same manner as a deed to be recorded, may appoint a trustee to represent th
