STATE BOARD FOR PUBLIC COMMUNITY AND JUNIOR COLLEGES (EXCERPT) Act 193 of 1964 390.913 State board for public community and junior colleges; quorum. Sec.
3.A majority of the members of the state board for public community and junior colleges shall constitute a quorum. The board may transact all necessary business at any meeting at which a quorum is present.
