JUNIOR AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROGRAMS (EXCERPT) Act 259 of 1955 390.904 Junior and community college programs; appropriation; pro rata reduction. Sec.

4.For the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1956, there is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of $1,935,000.00 for distribution in accordance herewith. Should the amount appropriated be inadequate to meet the distribution provided for herein, the amount received by each school district shall be reduced proportionately.
