JUNIOR AND COMMUNITY COLLEGE PROGRAMS (EXCERPT) Act 259 of 1955 390.902 Junior and community college funds; distribution to public school districts. Sec.
2.The public school districts entitled to any distribution hereunder shall include those public school districts which now maintain an approved junior college, community college, or university, and those public school districts which may hereafter secure the approval of the state superintendent of public instruction with the advice and counsel of the state board of education for the establishment of such a college.
