UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN; TWO-YEAR UNIVERSITY PROGRAMS (EXCERPT) Act 63 of 1955 390.851 University of Michigan board of regents; temporary appropriation for two-year university programs. Sec.
1.There is hereby appropriated from the general fund of the state the sum of $37,000.00 to the regents of the university of Michigan to be expended for completion of program plans and for expenses preliminary to organization of a 2-year university program in cooperation with the Flint junior college. The regents of the university of Michigan are directed to present to the 1956 session of the legislature completed organizational plans for said college together with a budget covering estimated requirements for the beginning of senior college operations in September of 1956.
