GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY (EXCERPT) Act 120 of 1960 390.842 Board of control; members, appointment, terms; president. Sec.
2.There is established a "board of control", to consist of 8 members to be appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate for terms of 8 years. The president of the institution shall be ex officio a member of the board without the right to vote.
