HILLSDALE COLLEGE (EXCERPT) Act 95 of 1943 390.732 Hillsdale college; acts and powers validated. Sec.

2.All acts and powers exercised by Hillsdale college shall, if within the charter of said Hillsdale college, be valid as if its former corporate term had not expired.
