ALBION COLLEGE (EXCERPT) Act 72 of 1857 390.705 Powers of corporation. Sec.
5.The said corporation shall be capable of suing and being sued and receiving by gift, will or bequest, property, real and personal, and of holding and conveying the same. The said corporation shall have power to make and use a common seal, and to alter the same at pleasure.
