WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY (EXCERPT) Act 183 of 1956 390.648 Board of governors; power of condemnation. Sec.
8.The board shall be deemed a state agency, and as such shall have the right to acquire property as provided under the provisions of Act No. 149 of the Public Acts of 1911, as amended, being sections 213.21 to 213.41, inclusive, of the Compiled Laws of 1948.
