RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES (EXCERPT) Act 251 of 1972 390.504 Approval of reciprocal agreements; validity. Sec.

4.A reciprocal agreement, or a renewal or extension of a reciprocal agreement, entered into by the department of labor and economic growth is not valid until approved by the appropriations committees of the house of representatives and the senate.
