UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN; HOMEOPATHIC MEDICAL DEPARTMENT (EXCERPT) Act 128 of 1875 390.41 Homeopathic medical department; establishment, authority of board of regents. Sec.

1.The board of regents of the university of Michigan are hereby authorized to establish a homeopathic medical college as a branch or department of said university, which shall be located at the city of Ann Arbor.
