MICHIGAN COLLEGE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY (EXCERPT) Act 9 of 1938 (Ex. Sess.) 390.372 Michigan college of mining and technology; title of real estate, held by board of control. Sec.

2.The title of all real estate and improvements acquired and erected under the provisions of this act shall be taken and held in the name of the board of control of the Michigan college of mining and technology.
