INSTITUTE OF GERONTOLOGY (EXCERPT) Act 245 of 1965 390.33 Institute of gerontology; establishment; rules and regulations. Sec.
3.The institute shall be established by, and governed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the board of governors of Wayne state university and the board of regents of the university of Michigan.
