AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATIONS (EXCERPT) Act 106 of 1925 390.242 Agricultural experiment stations; receipt of federal funds. Sec.
2.The state board of agriculture is authorized and empowered to receive all funds appropriated by the federal government pursuant to the provisions of said act of congress and to receive the grants made under the provisions of said act of congress for the benefit of the experiment station of the Michigan agricultural college, and to use them in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in the aforesaid act of congress.
