MICHIGAN RECONNECT GRANT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 84 of 2020 390.1705a Michigan Center for Adult College Success. Sec. 5a. Subject to appropriation, there is created the Michigan Center for Adult College Success in the department or, as may be provided in connection with an appropriation implementing this section, another state department or agency or an appropriate nonprofit organization. The Michigan Center for Adult College Success shall serve as this state's primary resource for research, support models, and best practices on ensuring adult enrollment and completion of college degrees and certificates at eligible institutions.
