UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN (EXCERPT) Act 151 of 1851 390.14 Fees and tuition; payment to treasurer; expenditures. Sec.

14.The moneys received from such source shall be paid to the treasurer, and so much thereof as shall be necessary for the purpose, shall be expended by the regents in keeping the university buildings in good condition and repair, and the balance shall be appropriated for the increase of the library.
