THE LEGISLATIVE MERIT AWARD PROGRAM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 228 of 1976 390.1306 Discrimination prohibited. Sec.

6.The scholarships shall be awarded by the authority on the basis of merit and without regard to race, religion, sex, color, or national origin.
