CORRECTIONS OFFICER'S SURVIVOR TUITION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 541 of 1998 390.1265 Forms and applications. Sec.

5.The department shall provide the necessary forms and applications and shall cooperate with the state institutions of higher education in developing efficient procedures for implementing the purposes of this act.
