MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (EXCERPT) Act 269 of 1909 390.121 State board of agriculture and Michigan state college; secretary, salary. Sec.

21.The secretary shall receive as compensation for his services as secretary of the state board of agriculture, such salary as the legislature shall determine, to be paid monthly from the state treasury, in the same manner as is provided by law for the payment of salaries of state officers, and as secretary of the Michigan state college of agriculture and applied science, and of the experiment station, such salary as the state board of agriculture shall determine, to be paid from the college and experiment station funds.
