MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (EXCERPT) Act 269 of 1909 390.110 State board of agriculture; experiment station. Sec.

10.The board shall continue to apply the funds received from the United States government for an agricultural experiment station, referred to in Act No. 46 of the Public Acts of 1889, to the purposes for which said experiment station was established and in accordance with the acts of congress making appropriations therefor; and it shall apply all other funds received from the same source in accordance with the terms under which they were appropriated.
