AUTHENTIC CREDENTIALS IN EDUCATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 100 of 2005 390.1603 False academic credential; issuance or manufacture prohibited. Sec.

3.A person shall not knowingly issue or manufacture a false academic credential in this state.
