MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY (EXCERPT) Act 269 of 1909 390.103 Board of trustees; compensation, expenses. Sec.

3.The members of the board of trustees shall serve without compensation, but shall receive the actual and necessary expenses incurred by them in the performance of the duties of their office.
