FEDERAL GRANTS TO SCHOOLS (EXCERPT) Act 16 of 1942 (1st Ex. Sess.) 388.803 Deposit and disbursement of funds received. Sec.
3.A grant or grants received by this state from the federal government under this act shall be paid in to the state treasurer. Disbursement of the funds from the state treasury shall be by warrant of the state treasurer.
