REORGANIZATION OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS (EXCERPT) Act 239 of 1967 388.715 Need for immediate reorganization; report and recommendations. Sec.
5.Upon a finding by the state committee that conditions in a school district warrant immediate reorganization, the state committee shall transmit its report with recommendations to the state board of education.
