POSTSECONDARY ENROLLMENT OPTIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 160 of 1996 388.524 Conditional effective date. Sec. 14. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 88th Legislature are enacted into law:

(a)House Bill No. 4640.

(b)House Bill No. 4642.
