POSTSECONDARY ENROLLMENT OPTIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 160 of 1996 388.520 General information. Sec.
10.By March 1 of each year, a school district or state approved nonpublic school shall provide general information about the postsecondary enrollment options under this act to all pupils in grade 8 or higher.
