POSTSECONDARY ENROLLMENT OPTIONS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 160 of 1996 388.512 Purpose of act. Sec.
2.The purpose of this act is to provide a wider variety of options to high school pupils by encouraging and enabling qualified pupils to enroll in courses or programs in eligible postsecondary institutions.
