CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 258 of 2000 388.1912 Rules. Sec.

12.The department may promulgate rules it considers necessary to implement this act. Rules shall be promulgated under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
