CAREER AND TECHNICAL PREPARATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 258 of 2000 388.1902 Purpose of act. Sec.
2.The purpose of this act is to provide a wider variety of options to high school pupils by encouraging and enabling qualified pupils to enroll in courses or programs in career and technical preparation programs at eligible postsecondary educational institutions.
