INTERSTATE AGREEMENT ON QUALIFICATION OF EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL (EXCERPT) Act 68 of 1976 388.1373 Filing and publication of contracts. Sec.

3.True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the agreement shall be kept on file in the office of the state department of education and in the office of the secretary of state. The state department of education shall publish all such contracts in convenient form.
