COMPACT FOR EDUCATION (EXCERPT) Act 359 of 1972 388.1303 Filing bylaws and amendments thereto. Sec.

3.Pursuant to Article III(i) of the compact, the commission shall file a copy of its bylaws and any amendment thereto with the department of education.
