FEDERAL FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION (EXCERPT) Act 153 of 1966 388.1045 Feasibility study; report; expenditure of funds. Sec.

5.A report on the feasibility study shall be presented to the legislature by March 1, 1967. No funds, federal or state, shall be expended to implement recommendations of the feasibility study until specifically authorized by legislative act.
